Yes. The instant estimate covers labour only.

Materials can either be supplied by you, or purchased by me on your behalf (at store price, no markup).

Occasionally, yes — but only if the job is different or more complex than described.

If something unexpected comes up, I'll explain it first and agree it with you before starting any additional work. No surprises.

After you get your estimate, you can book a preferred day and AM/PM slot online.

I then:
• confirm your booking the same day by text or WhatsApp,
• send a reminder on the day, and
• message you with an ETA before arrival.

If your requested slot isn't available, I'll contact you promptly and suggest the nearest alternative that works for you.

Yes. I work in houses and flats, new builds, rental properties, and for landlords and tenants.

I specialise in general handyman work, including small and odd jobs.

I don't do gas work, major plumbing, or full electrical work.

I do handle basic handyman-level plumbing and electrics (e.g. fixtures, fittings, replacements).

If you're unsure, just ask.

Yes. If time allows, you can add extra jobs while I'm there.

Additional work is simply charged at the hourly rate, so it's flexible and straightforward.

Yes. I am covered by full public liability insurance.
